Included in the registration fee are conference materials, lunches, and refreshments during the course. (Airfare, lodging, and other meals are not included.)

Cancellation Policy:

Requests to cancel a registration must be received 10 business days (two weeks) before the event start date to receive a full refund. Requests to cancel a registration after that time will receive credit for a future NCI course that is good for one year. Participant substitutions may be made up to 3 days before the course begins.
